一、20xx年我校高考英语成绩简况
通过一年的努力，xx中学20xx年高考英语科取得新的突破，在去年获得好成绩的基础上，再创佳绩。800分以上有2人（高三19xx824分，高三6xx813分）；700分以上有94人，比去年增加32人（其中，750分以上有26人，比去年增加5人）；高分质量和数量在xx市重点中学中均居前列。在考生人数有较多增加的情况下，英语年级平均分也获得576.7分的高分，居各科之首，为学校今年的高考大丰收作出了较大的贡献。英语ⅱ在科任老师的辛勤辅导下，也取得较好成绩。
二、经验总结
1、领导重视 针对英语科的特点，领导们要求科任教师在备考过程中要采取硬措施，检查学生的读、背、默、书写等情况，提高学生的识记能力。考前多次要求有关人员认真检查听力放音设备，务必做到万无一失。鼓励教师利用电脑进行评卷，增加日常备考的科学性和有效性。
2、群策群力，共谋备考策略 在日常备考中，各老师积极主动地将自己的想法和建议向备课组长提出来，经过集体讨论后，对于可行有利的方案马上实施；针对新的教材，每周的备课组活动定时定点，实施中心发言人制度，确定和统一复习重点和难点，提高了第一轮复习的效果。同时各科任教师努力发挥奉献精神，按照备课组的安排，认真查找资料；在第二阶段，全体科任教师牺牲自己的午休时间，轮流检查和督促学生进行听力训练。每经过一次考试，我们就认真分析电脑评卷的结果，这样对学生知识的掌握情况和存在的不足有了较为清楚的认识，为采取针对性的解决措施提供了比较科学的依据。

4、重视培养英语尖子 根据学生高一高二的学习状况，我们在上学期很早就规划了年级30名、各教学班至少5名的英语培养对象，中段后，由高三英语备课组长蓝桂宏老师面向英语培养对象作了题为《英语尖子：明确目标，科学训练，争取高考高分》的专题讲座。下学期梅州市一检后，结合各重点中学的培尖情况，又由王建枢主任，桂宏老师向年级英语前30名的尖子做了动员，要求他们认清形势，既要看到自己的不足，更要看到自己的优势、潜力，充满信心，做好冲刺阶段的备考工作。对于各教学班的培养对象，科任教师透过他们的课堂表现结合平时各种考试，按照备课组的要求对他们进行谈心教育，面批作业，及时给他们提供各种帮助，认清自己在校内位置，向他们提出要求，明确自己的高考目标。备课组长经常过问年级英语尖子的考试情况，协助有关老师做好个别辅导工作。

2021年中学英语科组工作总结
光阴似箭，转眼间一个学期即将结束了。为了今后工作做得更好，现在把我们英语科组在这学期所做的工作具体总结如下：

（四）抓好教研教学活动。一学期来，我们组能按照学校的时间安排进行教研活动，抓好集体备课和组内公开课，这学期我们有两位老师做了组内研究课（邓春香老师和黎巧老师）。其他的老师都认真听课和评课。本学期的科组活动，我们还认真组织老师编写了我们学校的校本教材。我们一共编写了两套教材（计算机专业和旅游专业）。

高三英语月考总结
一、回归课本，落实三基。
对高考试卷进行分析不难发现，高考试题中有相当一部分试题是对基本知识、基本技能、基本方法的考查，考题往往是对课本原题的变形、改造及综合。所以在第一阶段的复习中，同学们要认真理解数学概念、强化记忆数学公式，注重通性通法，淡化特殊技巧。要把重点放在掌握知识及解题方法上，选择一些针对性强的经典题目强化训练，使基础知识系统化，基本技能、基本方法熟练化。
二、注重综合，强化能力。

how time flies! 转眼间，一个学期就要结束了。本学期，我们高一英语组在各位领导的关心指导下，在我们高一全体英语老师的共同努力下，顺利开展教学活动，圆满完成各项教育教学任务，现简要总结如下：
一 转换角色
XX年7月，走出大学的校门，同年8月跨进历城一中的大门，懵懵懂懂中，当年那个无知无畏，乱七八糟的女孩已经成人妻，为人母。XX年7月，胖的还很夸张很突兀的我参加了学校每年一度的暑期培训。半年多没上班，以为自己什么都不记得了。感谢这次培训把我原有的知识与思想又重新激活了。也是在这次培训期间，我被徐锡国老师告知成了高一英语组的备课组长，这对我来说是一个巨大的挑战。一方面是自己还年轻，组里比我小得没有几人；另一方面，自己的孩子还嗷嗷待哺。以前，只是负责2个班或者是3个班的英语课，现在要对24个班的学生和13个同事负责，该怎么办? 对自己没信心！…于是多次给金校长打电话提出辞职，可是金校长好像总是忘了这回事。还找过陈校长一次，可是陈校长说，“你看过《上甘岭的战役》吗，上去就下不来了”没办法了，干吧！那么，我怎么才能为这1600多的学生和我的12个同事更好的服务呢？
二 完成过渡
笨鸟先飞，在暑假里我就趁着孩子睡着的时候备课。在8月15日前就给高一的新生印制了初中单词汇总的一个小红本，在军训时发给他们，让他们复习背诵。军训结束后进行了初中英语单词竞赛。为了规范学生书写，去书店买字帖给学生印制英文书法抄写本。在第一次集体备课时我们讨论了如何做好初高中英语的过渡，还需要给学生系统的复习音标，英语的时态语态，基本句型和句子成分。我们用了一周的时间进行了初高中英语知识的衔接。这段时间也是我自己的一个真正的过渡。
三 转变观念
第一阶段：济南市教研员和区教研员来视察工作，召集所有的英语老师去开会，我有课，我就去上课了。（我觉得上课是最重要的事）。结果不让上课，让去开会，我找到盯课的老师便跑去了。还没做好，教研员就问到，高二，高三的教学目标都说完了，你说一下你们高一这一学期想实现什么样的目标。我觉得这个问题太大，我觉得是问我要和二中在期末考试时差几分，这个问题我还没想过，我想得只是怎么把每一节课上好。于是答道“还没想好”。结果，当时所有的人都哄党大笑。这就是我刚开始时的状态。
第二阶段：站在巨人的肩上，摸着石头过河。我的巨人就是韩加刚老师，董玉香老师和盖廷林老师。他们都是我的备课组长。从一开始到现在，我一直在思考在回忆他们是怎么做的。如果遇见了什么问题，我会想，如果是他们，他们会怎么处理。白天想，晚上想，半夜给孩子喂奶时还会想到底该如何更好的去上课，去集体备课。就这样，一切慢慢地就步入了正轨。
四 关于集体备课和二次集体备课
高一英语组向来以“老，弱，病，残，孕”著称。我们这13人万事俱备只欠残疾人。怀孕的2人，孩子1岁左右的4人，身体有恙的2人，新来教师4人，包括2名代课老师。我们是最困难也是最年轻的一个备课组了。
